Rouse/Chamberlin Homes was named “America’s Best Builder” by Builder Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders. This distinct honor, awarded for the category of 100–150 homes built per year, reflects attributes of financial strength and stability, ability to adapt to changing business conditions, quality control and consumer service. In addition, community service, building expertise, product innovation, and effective marketing programs were recognized.
