Community Events
Rouse/Chamberlin Homes believes in “bringing neighborhoods to life.” To do just that, community events are planned throughout the year where neighbors gather to meet one another, learn new ideas, laugh, and enjoy themselves.
Summertime barbecues, safety seminars, lawn seminars, Halloween parades, and winter socials allow the perfect environment for fostering relationships with neighbors and friends. New best friends are made, games are played, and a neighborhood takes shape before your very eyes.
In addition to events within our new home communities, we also reach out every year to our extended community at the annual Rouse/Chamberlin Homes Strawberry Festival.
